The order process consists of Parts 1 & 2 for the Design Guide. Part 3 applies only for the supply of the software license.

• Part 1: This shop page provides details of what you are wishing to purchase. If your order includes the purchase of a software user license, this will be displayed for you to consider before progressing to the order process itself.
• Part 2: The order page that follows is a secure site operated by Banqonit for the BNZ. We extract dispatch details only. Credit card details provided are held within Banqonit  with confirmation of sales only being returned to this site for processing. Upon completion of the sale, you will receive an email confirming your order. Where mail delivery is requested (Wind Guide or CD), your order will be dispatched within 7 working days.
• Part 3:  If your order involves the purchase of a User License, we require the enterprise name (ie the name of your practise or business) and user details (usually either name or initials). For the 10 user licence (Licence Category 2) multiple users details of each user are needed. Upon completion of this stage, return to our homepage and download the latest version of the software (if you have not aready using this). Your licenses will be emailed directly to you along with instructions regarding the installation of the user license(s) and the distibution and installation of the software.
